This series of videos takes students through Gustav Holst’s Planets Suite from start to finish, one movement (or planet) at a time. Lessons explore basic scientific facts surrounding the planets in addition to Holst’s astrological interpretation of the planet’s nature in his music, and each lesson is followed by questions and activities that students can complete after watching the videos.
